UPDATE for Former Members: Persona Paper Has Made a Comeback

I am here at myLot because a member at Persona Paper wrote a post about it. I am very thankful for being pointed in this direction. When the decision was made to remove the monetization incentive for publishing short posts at Persona Paper site, it distressed me. I really liked the site. The community was warm, welcoming and lively. But I was there to earn some extra income. I went back over my old discussions here at myLot and realized that I had initiated 3 discussions about Persona Paper because I was trying to make up my mind: Should I stay or should I go? I decided to not close my PP account and leave my content there until I could find a new home for the posts. I am glad I did not close my account, although I have deleted and republished some of my material. The new owner published a post dated April 19, 2017 (post title "Resuscitating Persona Paper"). The owner acknowledges that she is unable to revive the Payout Program but has come up with a way which gives members the “possibility of earning” by allowing them to promote their content from other sites that allow affiliate referral links. Based on the information she provided, I will be returning to Persona Paper. It sounds doable. I will also be remaining here at myLot. This is gonna be fun!
