Roofing Apartment Complex

Wow, the landlord is doing alot around here. Right now he is having a new roof put on then he is going to have the trees trimmed. That is a blessing as a lot of the dead branches were falling off and landing on my car. I had to start parking further back in the driveway to keep them from hitting my car. He also mentioned that he might pave the driveway. That would be super. I had some friends that does tree trimming bring in some shredded tree bark to put in the driveway last fall. I was tired of the mud. I wonder if the landlord is planning to sell this place.

You'll know once all the work is done if he puts up the for sale sign. It's nice he's getting things repaired and taken care of.

@just4him I think I will be safe through the winter and not have to worry about them selling this place. i am looking around for something else. I would like to move out in the spring time.

I super agree. I sometimes am having a hard time buying furniture and stuff because I have to match it to my wall haha..

It is a small place but I do like it here. I have great neighbors and that means a lot.I am lisrening to a lot of the oldies right now. Had to play Convoy.

Sounds like a Good caring landlord. hope he doesn't sell the property and you can have more time in the same accommodation , Velvet

It doesn't look like he is going to sell the place. I don't really like it here but the rent is reasonable and that helps.

I am a landlady. I will do repairs to one house each year beside the normal unexpected upkeep. Its just taking care of an investment.

That is great that you do. Yes, it helps to take care of a rental. I remember when I had rentals that my tenants seem to take care of the place. There were other rentals around that needed work badly and most of the tenants just didn't care.
