How Can You Handle an Evil Tipster in a Working Place?

There are some tipsters in my former company. Instead of giving precise information, they give some tips how to pull down their colleagues. I find it so ridiculous of destroying the credibility of others. I was also a victim of these tipsters' bad habits. “What did I do?” I reported the issue to the Human Resource Personnel and requested an open dialogue with the tipsters in the company. At the end, they were the root cause of having a high rate of turnover in the company. “Did you experience this kind of scenario?” “What is your course of action?” Image Credit: pixabay.com

Everybody has... Actually they are commonly found everywhere.. being at the top position I never promote them to stay in my department. In fact I used to throw them out of my institute.

That's nice. You don't need a menace in your department.

they have the crab mentality; once they see one rising, they claw down that person and even brag about that action. no, i have not seen somebody of that caliber in my workplace.

@Shavkat i believe that a silent river runs deep. they do not know that a silent person, when anger fills up to the brim, explodes.

Welcome to the strategy of America. Our country has a certain killer in mind. Watch carefully how your surroundings are going because heres your dictator sounding like our dictator, sucks a lot of oxygen. People lose their minds, but if you never want me to comment again I hear you because this is the way we are going. People are scared.

@Shavkat Indeed, world is running astray but be careful who you say that to because that is how bad it is getting. Fine for now. Everyone just thinks it is populism or whatever.

@crossbones27 I do agree on that. That's the reason why we need to choose those people who really can be trusted.

I may remember one, but nothing in particular Shavkat, I guess I have been fortunate in that way. Gossiping others can really bring a work place down.

I agree. Gossiping is not the right thing to do.That's what I had experienced from my former company. I decided to work home base with the same company. It means I don't need to deal with these tipsters.

simply ignore them, forgive them and prove them wrong when they are really doing something wrong, try to make a friendship and read their psychology and treat them

I do agree that it is better to ignore them than making oneself feel so stress dealing with them.

Unfortunately those people will exist in every company. They will keep on complaining to you and make you feel down. It is better not to befriend hem as we might fall to their level.

A friend of mine last night opened up about this. She is not happy with the company she is working because of these people. So I told her if she's not happy then leave the company. It will only affect her duty.
