Lunches are made for the week!

I chopped up romaine hearts and placed them into Rubbermaid containers. Next was chopping up baby carrots. Then I had to peel and chop cucumbers. Finally, I had to dice the cooled chicken breasts that I seasoned and baked and put it on top of the salad. This is the same lunch that I've been having for the past 7 months. Lunch is done for the week! What do you eat for lunch at work?

That sounds good. You must really like it to have it everyday.

I don't particularly love it but I'm in the habit of having it every day for my lunch.

@NJChicaa oooh. Have you thought of switching it up a bit then?

@Courtlynn yeah maybe next week I will do hardboiled eggs instead of chicken. I'm just so in the routine of doing the same thing that I never think to change it up.

Sounds really good. I usually don't plan my lunches a head of time but it is something that I am going to start doing. It will make mornings a lot easier.

I had to start doing it when I was doing the Transformation Challenges and then I just continued with it after that.

That sounds good and healthy. I have a sandwich, a deli salad, yogurt, and water to drink. I hope to make smoothies if the weather's good for it.

Yes. It is good, healthy, and low-carb. Boring as hell but it works.

@NJChicaa True. You can change it a bit by swapping one food for another.

That sounds great and very healthy! I made of course my spinach salad and also boiled some frozen broccoli to munch on. Do you freeze your salads or do they stay good throughout the week?

No I just keep them in the fridge and they are fine for the week.
