THere are mny terrible ailments that have not gone away. The only thing I ask is that none of them carry a stigma, such as Aids and several mental ilness.

You head towards bed awful early unless you'll be reading for a couple hours beforehand? I've heard it's best not to be at the computer just prior to going to bed, but I've not tried leaving the computer prior to heading that way yet.
