Hey, everyone and, I hope all is well in your neck of the woods, things are pretty good here. I just got done with day 10 of my work outs 200 aerobic step ups, weight lifting and, walking Rooger the dog, now I am just about to get something to eat and, then kick back and, enjoy Monday night raw it should be a good one.

I had chicken noodle soup because only choice really, but getting a bunch of healthy foods tomorrow. Not that chicken noodle soup isn't healthy and, good it is, but the noodles do not promote weight loss.

@infatuatedbby No bread, potatoes or rice until after summer, switch soups for chili, Chips for assorted nuts and, eat a lot of chicken or fish.
