May Ninth Dinner over Chicken fried

My heart sank when I saw the
scrawny wings and he one leg
of chicken a little leg.Ugh hate those
pieces of chicken
I only eat breast of
chicken as its lean.So I ate a bit of it'
I learned from the old owners that thicken
was never cooked til done so the legs were
always almost raw
. I got sick from those
several times so opted for a sandwich
pn the days that they serve half raw chicken
They had been warned by Public health
to cook the chicken done but it did not take.'
This seemed to b e cooked through but as I just
could not get by the old fear of half raw chicken
I ate the mashed potatoes and gravy the carrots
and the small piece of cherry pie.It was enough
really as I also had milk and coffee.
My son is coming to see me after work so I'm
happy about that so onward now and upward

They need to cook the meat not raw then? Have you filed a complaint.

that was the old owners these cook i t till i ts do e buti just only eat chicken reasts as its lean

Raw chicken is something I detest also in fact I am almost over eating chicken in any form.
Sandwiches would have been my best bet as well.
Better to be safe than sorry.
