Sleeping with the Dead in a Cocoon: Can You Do It?

I woke up this morning like a baby. I did my usual routine by having self-care and make a cup of coffee. Then, a news pops out from my mobile phone and read about a man from Derby England had slept with his dead wife for six days. I thought it is an unbelievable story. Russell Davison slept next to his dead wife in their room. I think this what he deal with his grief for losing Wendy. He had claimed that there is nothing wrong with this act. ‘Did you read this news?” “Would you do this kind of unusual way of grief to someone or somebody?” Image Credit:

I don't suppose he wanted to face the reality.

Although he was obviously grief stricken its not the done thing to do. Six days is a long time to come to terms with something that you cannot undo. I feel for him but I would not and could not do that.

I know that it is difficult to accept the fate of his wife. It took so long. I am not sure why he did.

@Shavkat A lot of times when that happens they know what has happened but they get blocked and choked inside but at least he can come to terms with it. Does anyone ever really give up a real love?

I can't do either. I think it takes a lot of guts to do such an act.

@Shavkat Yes indeed. But that guy claimed that there is nothing wrong with this act. He has a problem.

It is less unusual than you think, because I read news like this one time by time. The pain can make you act in weird ways.
