Some people become offended by words. That is their problem, and not mine. I speak plain. I don't 'pretty things up'. If someone is being a (deleted expletive) that is what I will call them. Sometimes a good loud (expletive deleted) is what is called for. It isn't from lack of education, or from having poor language skills. It is from choosing how to express myself. And many times, the unvarnished truth isn't a pretty thing, and my language may reflect that. If you don't like it, then (expletive) (deleted).

@JolietJake -- oh, you want COLORFUL?? Okay. Why, you turquoise (page 46 of The Big Book of Navy Cuss Words)!!!!!!! I could have never made chief. I don't drink coffee and I can't use the F word as all eight parts of speech....in the same sentence, no less.

@JolietJake I've seen it on a discussion that specifically mentions this topic. Dishing out tips but never gets back to responders in any discussion she starts...makes me think she's a know it all who knows nothing about how it really works here.
