Another 3 days of rain...just what we don't need around here! We simply can't get away from it. Today was gorgeous, but it isn't going to last! This is gonna really be fun walking the dog in the rain...Not! Anyway, we had similar weather last year..May was cold and rainy. It didn't really get warm until Mid June..then of course after that,,we had our usual 4-5 months of summer! Also, most certainly my son will use it as an excuse not to come down this weekend..sigh!

It is just so tiresome. The only good thing is that we were kind of heading toward a drought and I guess that must all be erased at this point.

@snowy22315 there was a time when it rained so hard here for several days that building a raft made out of PET bottles crossed my mind

It's light right now..but the weatherman used the term "gutter flusher" for tomorrow and probably Saturday as well. Awesome..not!!!

Last May, to the best of my recollection was almost exactly like this one. It seems like the weather here has been a reverse of what it should be..like we had May's weather in April now we have Aprils'..and February was warm and March was cold..I wouldn't mind a cool July though...that sounds awesome!

@snowy22315 I daily write on my agenda the temperature we had and if it was a sunny day or it rained. Last year we had a much better weather. Our French friend was here and we had lunch in the garden all the week. This year is cold and it rains every day.

We have had a ton of rain here lately too, I sure wish it would clear up and we could have a warm and beautiful spring. I have been waiting for the rain to clear so I can go camping, our camping trip has been postponed for 2 weeks now.
