Do not skip break fast at any rate

This topic may appear simple for youngsters. This topic will be appreciated by elderly persons. Our stomach remains without being fed for a long time during night time and hence it is advisable for one to take his breakfast in the morning --may be 8 am or 830 am without fail. Next lunch can be had either at 12 noon or 1 or 2 pm but never breakfast should be skipped. I am sure many friends will agree.

Yes breakfast is the most important meal of the day, we should never skip it. If we skip it we will have fatigue and won't be able to do our daily activities. It is okay if you skip your lunch and dinner. No matter what comes never skip your breakfast. If you are in a hurry in the morning have a banana and go at least. Bananas are good for boosting energy.
