ENSURING GOOD HEALTH

This is an important topic for old people like me, All said and done we have no control over our birth-- we should thank God for giving us FULL FORM and ability to interact, interpret. Now having been blessed with FULL FORM BODY -- it is our duty to ensure that It is maintained properly. True we cannot have much control over allergies -- we must avoid allergens We must take timely food and adequate quantity (not excess) of food. AVOID SMOKING. AVOID DRINKING ALCOHOL, WINE, BEER ETC. We must keep ourselves busy all the time. (mylot is one such move) Do exercises. Be happy. Be contented with what God has given us. Keep company with good people - people who are positive, Try to be good to others -- relatives, neighbours and others, Have a good sleep every day and if possible take a nap every afternoon. good day.

@ravisivan I have been very active ini High School.This never stop.After I got out of the service. Join a health club and from there is where I learn to play tennis and work out and never stop. I do zumba,tai chi etc.I am lucky to have these classes.I do have my up and down days.But this will not stop me till I drop.LOL

You made some very good suggestions here. Everyone is in charge of their own lives unless they have an illness beyond their control. They should all take a good look at their lifestyle and see if they can improve anything.
