First knock of the day.......I mean the light...sun rise

At 6am I can see light of the day outside my window...........I am really happy............to get up in the morning and observing dark to become white and full of light. First time in this entire year.........just imagine half of the year has passed
Going for morning walk....target 5 kms today ..........let see

5 kms. Isn't it too much. I am a early morning bird and love to wake up early in the morning but I can hardly manage with 2 kms walk.

new doctor survey has shown that 5 kms walk is most beneficial. :)
