I use clixsense and slice the pie as well as swagbucks.I also use inbox dollars.

I am also at bitLanders and got paid many times.
I joined some other sites but haven't Reached payout yet.

sometimes they process payment in less than 24hrs. Redemption cut-off is Monday. Minimum is $10. I usually receive payments Tuesdays/Wednesdays. 
Humanatic is great but some mediators are evil 
I just continue reviewing calls and ignore the penalties. We are penalized (payout x2 deduction). Disputing penalized calls is a waste of time and can result to termination of account if Smart Aleck mediators flag accounts.
With Humanatic, we listen to recorded phone calls (for training or quality assurance purposes) and mark/sort them i.e. Department -- Sales, Parts/service, Finance, etc. inbound/outbound -- connected or not connected etc etc.
If I were in the USA I'd do what Joe of TheTechSlugs is doing

Hello, I have been using iRazoo, Upwork, Humanatic, Spare5, and Prolific Academic they all pay out to payout to paypal. With iRazoo you can do paypal or giftcards. They pay out pretty fast. With spare5 your work week is Wednesday to Wednesday and they send payments out on Wednesday if you meet payment of five dollars which is easy to get because you are doing simple task on there.
