My Son Is My Bodyguard In My Run This Afternoon

So I had a run this afternoon but unlike the previous running I did, this afternoon is different because I had a bodyguard-- and its my son who accompany me in the 5 kilometer route in our place.
But he didn't run but he used the mountain bike to guide me. So while I'm running he is biking beside me. Its not that fast, maybe 4 kilometers per hour. Just enough for the speed of my running.
I was so exhausted because it's hot outside but Jaeden is just so cool. He's not tired, of course, he is riding the bike.
It's a good physical workout for me and so he does.

Yes, he actually told me for us to have a run, he used the mountain bike
