Sorry I haven't been here for the last few days. I have a bad cold and sore throat that you wouldn't believe. And so sick I can hardly stand and I've coughed until I ache all over. Haven't had the kids here today. I don't want them to catch what I have. Hope all you moms had a wonderful Mother day. We will celebrate later when I'm feeling well.

I hate those seasonal colds. Hope you feel better soon. A nice hot bath in Epsom salts I bet would do the trick. Then a good night's rest. My mom used to fix me whiskey, honey and lemon and I slept like a baby.

Oh I also have a sore throat since yesterday. I cough just to "scratch " the itchy throat but it becomes painful though. My daughter , now a doctor, says I just have to gargle with warm water with salt. She said she can't give prescription yet because it's just a few days old. How do you treat your sore throat? I will be absenting myself from work tomorrow.

Oh wow! I'm so sorry that you are sick. Your germs aew probably airborne and the kids could show signs of being sick in a few days. I hope you are better now. I'm in bed on my tablet.
