A freak accident took his hand

A few days ago a freak accident take away the hand of one of the labour working in my departnent.He was on the way to home after duty and suddenly 1 ton of iron coil feel into his hand from a running truck.He got no time to save himself.His right hand was crushed and had to be cut off.It was a very sad incident.We all tried our best to save his working hand but we cannot.We all are sorry for him.

That is so sad! I though he'd hurt his head. Will he be able to work again? Do you have a disability payment there or do people unable to work just starve?
