I hate this company I was charged for 6yrs for a second box I didn't have. I called for technical support and they said whitch box. I said what do you mean ? they said I have two coverter box and I only had one. can I get money back. he said you should of looked at your bill went to another and agent they said will give you two months free. I didn't get it. tonight was frusterating I called got hung up twice. my boyfriend looked at the bill with me because I'm getting charged for a phone I don't currently have this company makes me so angry. just wanted to vent if they don't get things fixed I may be switching companies.
