These are not just random questions. and men can at least answer one of them.
What vitamins do you take? You see I recently read a scary report about some vitamins being harmful to older people. Until then I had been taking a one a day multi vitamin and mineral supplement. So, I ordered seperate vitamins instead knowing at least what is essential. Which is a lot harder individual taking. lol.
Plus when I was freaking out over my blood pressure, I ordered some capsules online very pricey, and now am afraid to take them. How crazy is that? Don't answer that question. lol
I will try and put a link to the scary article below.
Secondly for the women. What did you get for Mothers Day? I got from grandson a little glass angel and this lovely card.photo above. Daughter got me 2 boxes of Whitmans candy and a tuna sub. 2 of my sons gave me a lengthy call which was one of the best things of all.
i hope this loads
If you are one of the 50 percent of Americans that take one or more supplements regularly, then you should be aware that certain ingredients in multivitamins may be harmful.

The only vitamin I take is D. My doc thinks there is something wrong with my heart but since I can't afford insurance I can't have the tests done. So I take D every day because it is good for my heart.
My oldest son came over Sunday with a big roll of TP, a big jug of laundry detergent, a big box of dryer sheets, and a jumbo bottle of Dawn. He knows I'm having a hard time financially and decided to make sure I didn't run out of necessities, bless his heart.

I try to get a lot of Sunshine in the early morning as its supposed to be the best in the sense of vitamins.
I don´t take any usually unless I am quite run down.
Nice to see you so happy.
That is the best gift of all and the Angel he gave to you also.

your doctor is wise. my doctor did tell me though i need the D3 because i don;t go out enough and can't eat enough of the food to help. so hence some i have to take.

@bunnybon7 I work in the garden, I do not need D3, my husband takes D3 supplement. To increase your D3 naturally you should get raw milk, egg yolk and some fishes, like salmon or mackerel.

i try to take what i know is essential because they say we can't aquire enough of certain ones by what we eat. being young you may not need to worry about it

I am basically more on supplements like Fish Oil and Calcium pills. Occasionally, twice a week I will have Vitamin C (time release) and it has been like that for some time already.
I think it is important to check with your doctors if you are having a medical condition or recovering from one when you go about deciding upon whether to take or not.

I think you must not stop medicating for your blood pressure, you probably need to seek alternative since the current one makes you have reactions. As for the doctor I wonder if looking for another one would help, I think seeking out second opinions is always a wise choice.

I never take any vitamin tablet's, I heard that they are harmful and should be taken only on doctor's advice.
