No, I didn't get a car. I'm talking about the air conditioner.
It's in the 70s outside, which is gorgeous. But up here at 6:30pm with the sun blazing through my living room windows, it's beginning to bake in here. So, rather than putting the fans on and hoping that would do the trick, I decided to try out the a/c. I need to make sure it's working properly, anyway, now that it's installed so that I know for sure I can keep it!
I can feel the air on me from here I'll give it a while and then check the bedroom and see if it's working in there. That's going to be the real test for sleeping.
I've gone down to get the mail (I'm still getting mail here for the previous occupant), and now I'm in for the night. Time to kick back and relax a little bit.

@CRK109 Yes it is. Last year at this time I was just starting my hunt for a new place to call home. Now my home is no longer standing and I've been in my apartment for 9 months. I'm glad the air conditioner is working great for you and I hope it continues. I haven't needed to turn mine on yet. I'm still turning on the heat.

It works very well so I should be all set for the hot and sticky stuff to come
