Trip to Florida was great

I had planned to go for 2 days this weekend but things changed and now it`ll be net month.

I'm glad you had a good trip to Florida. I haven't left the state since I moved here back in 1991.

We used to go to the beach , when its summer. However, experience taught us that its hard to find a cottage to rent when its summer, because there are lots of people going to the beach so early to be able to rent a cottage and take their swim.

We didn't'' go anywhere this winter. We usually do head south to the heat to make winter delightful! Glad you enjoyed your trip.

Yeah my cousins car in florida read 100. But cars are always hotter than outside.

Yes, just went to Virginia. It was a good road trip.

I remember how hot Florida is at mid-May, we used to go there around my hubby's birthday, who was last 14th of May. We went nowhere, my husband has plenty of doctors appointments.

I'd love to be able to spend time in Florida, but the furthest south I've ever been is NC to live in for two years, and TN to spend a weekend at a class. We didn't do any sightseeing while in TN other than sitting in the opry house which is what we used for our classes. I don't mind the heat either, although I don't think I like it quite as much as I did when younger. My husband hates the heat, so I think I've had to get used to being happy with lower temps a bit more, but I'm still usually cold if it's under eighty degrees and may need a sweater. Even though I do like the heat, I doubt I'd go when it's that hot there.

My grandfather lived in St. Augustine. We always visited him in the summer during our vacations. It's such a beautiful city. My last trip out of my area was to Manhattan last Saturday. I'm still recovering.

Temperature can seem much hotter if the humidity is high. Cars can get very hot if left in the sun too.

Sounds exciting. No, I haven't been anywhere lately.

The beach looks fascinating...Always love beaches but have to go far off to see them. No trip planned right now
