exercise makes me feel good

These days I have restarted with my exercise routine. Though the stimulus to get up from the bed is always difficult but I really feel good after every exercise. Hope I get back in form soon. Do you all also love to exercise?

I like to exercise - I make a walk 3-2 times a week for 7-8 Km and some different gymnastics.

Exercises can really cheer up people. When people have the depression, doing some exercises will be better for them. It will give you a refresh feeling. I often do exercises

exercise keep the body active and burn fat in fast way . at least u started u exercise routine but i have stop it more than 2 year back need to start my exercise again to get back my body shape

Yeah,I like sweating and panting during exercise and I felt full of energy after doing some exercise.Usually I go running outdoor or spinning in the gym.Sometimes I do some yoga to ralax.What kind of workouts do you usually do ?
