Did you found some problems for ordering something onlin ?

I ordered a book from online Amazon book store last month . I paid the book price . The book mailed to me last week . I felt the new book belong to me . it is an important book what I wanted . Today to my surprise I opened the book I found the book lost some pages on the back of the book . It made me very angry . However the book with a note about if I have any questions I can contact with them . Showed the online address . I will return it . But it is so boring and waste my time .

Yes, I have sometimes had problems with things I ordered online. Fortunately, I was able to return all of them!
