Hello! As I was reading diet plans to she'd off some weight, I came across GM diet plan and it sounds good. I want to lose 8-10 kg in next 15 days. I would like to have your reviews about it. Or you might suggest some other technique which really works fast.

Whats the GM diet? What does it entail? I am approaching 40 pounds lost with a diet of my own creation - eating lots of fruits and veggies, no snackong and exercising most days of the week. I started that in the beginning of feb. Best of luck!

GM diet is a diet plan which relates to General Motors and it is considered to be one of the best diet plan. It is one week plan which sheds off 7-8 kg if followed properly. Thanks for your response.

Whatever diet you follow, it is not generally considered safe to lose more than about 1% of your body weight per week. You should read what many diet consultants and nutritionists have to say about the impracticalities and side effects of the "GM Diet".

It is one of the most famous diet plan by General Motors and lasts for 7 days. It does not have sore effects. Diet plan is made in such a way that you restrict the intake of carbs and fats and take proteins, minerals and vitamins.

That's a good practice. I think of doing regular walk and exercise but somehow unable to continue long due to being preoccupied with work and lack of suitable time.
