What do you consider most important when looking for a job?

job itself I think ,it must be my fond of job that I don't care do much work and feel happy.otherwise the paying is also need to be considered,cuase I need rise myself.

That I will enjoy it. I know pay is important too - but I'd rather make a little less and do something I love. Luckilly I am able to do that now..And I control my destiny(My own business).

Hi! I think the most important thing to me is if I will be happy doing the work. Life is too short to be unhappy in a job you hate. I did quit a very well paying job because I wasn't happy and my health was at risk because of it. No amount of money in the world is enough if you aren't alive to enjoy it! :-)

job profile is very important than salary.

I would consider the brand name and money and make sure that the job is not a night shift one...

i am considering the location,the comfortability,my co-workers,type of company...is it stable or not..the mission and vision,the management,the salary,the way they handle there employee.for me these are the quality that i consider when im looking for a job...for me to be able to have a stable job and company.

well...while considering a job...first i see the reputation of the company...then the post, then the money, th the environment..is all is suitable for me....thn i go ahesd with the job.....!!
