I'm crackers ...

About lots of things probably ... but in this instance i'm talking about ranch dressing... I love it, I remember making some biscuits last year, (uk biscuits) so I did a search on the internet to see if I could find the recipe, and to see other different ways of using it,  and there were ... There were biscuits, sauces , soups,  dips and dressings, as well as using it as seasoning when cooking chicken or pork chops. The one I liked the most, was the savoury ranch and cheese crackers,  mmmm delicious.  t So...  yesterday afternoon I donned my apron,  went into the kitchen and set about making these delicious treats, and I was very happy with the results... as  were my friends who had a taste. I also made some coffee flavoured cup cakes...which, even though I say it myself,  are the best I've ever made... ( which isn't hard , as i've only just started baking), and am still having mixed results, lol, but todays efforts all came out as They should have done, so perhaps i'm getting better at it..lol.
