Defrosting My Fingers

The furnace is on at 22 degrees C, I have 2 sweaters on and I am frozen.
I am frozen even tough I walked for 30 minutes straight downstairs.
My fingers are completely blue as I have Raynaud's syndrome and the walk did not help me at all.
Right now, I have to use my heating pad to defrost my fingers and I do hate it when it tingles.
Do you have a problem like this too?

I don't know what that condition is. Do your fingers turn blue frequently?

@AbbyGreenhill I guess it is not a well known medical problem. I sure wish I did NOT know anything about this.

I don't, but Anne does, along with fibromyalgia. Her hands are always cold and of various colors. I know how uncomfortable that condition can be. Not much can be done about it, apparently.

@JamesHxstatic Does your wife wear gloves to take things out of the fridge?

I'm so sorry. I'm just allergic to the sun and sneeze like mad. I spent most of the day outside (it's sunny and quite warm here) working in my garden without sunglasses and sneezed like crazy. I have to wear sunglasses on my early morning walks. Hope your hands feel better soon.

Oh its a terrible thing to have. I even shudder at such a condition. How much is the outside temperature at your place?
