What JJ did not do would have to be done so that our kidneys are in shipshape condition.
See that you are not dehydrated and you all know what causes that. We will wait for his return and he will sure tell us how he got dehydrated.
Would you know what causes dehydration. I know some medicines cause that too

There are certain medicines specially BP tablets drain the system of fluids.

@allknowing I can't take BP tablets cause I already have low blood pressure. A doctor prescribed some for me once and made me quite ill.

Drinking less water , taking more caffeinated dinks. This is what I know .what else, and what are the medicine that causes dehydration

Blood Pressure tablets I know are diuretics. An overdose could cause trouble

Not having enough water throughout the day, I would think. I have read that even drinking tea or coffee or any drink is not good enough - it's better to drink straight water when possible. I'm sure certain medications would cause dehydration too.

I would blame it on Blood Pressure tablets. They are diuretics and an overdose could lower one's blood pressure below the normal level. Let's wait and see what JJ has to say.

Drinking a lot of water right now.
Its very hot and I need to drink more and although I drink tea its much less stronger than I usually take it.
Is he on the mend by the way?
Was looking out for anything about him and see what was happening.

Not drinking enough water cannot lead to that serious a situation. There are are more reasons.

I don't drink enough water. Usually I only drink water when I am thirsty. And if I'm thirsty I drink a lot of it. But I can't force it in. It just doesn't go.

He had reported kidney failure but I believe he is on his way to recovery. I am sure he will update us on his condition once he gets back here.
