When tourists know more

I was in New Zealand a few years ago and had covered both North and South Islands. We were in a bus looking around when the driver of the bus pointed out to the patch of green covering the mountains and said it was Thyme. Our dear friend here who is a resident of New Zealand doubted my knowledge until I showed her the picture that is attached here. When it comes to India I know tourists know more than I do

The may know more about a certain place better than that you because they specialize their study only on such particular place and they are more willing to visit the place the understand than anywhere else. So, they might know things you never knew about but it...

I have no doubt to it. Before I have a travel, I will search many traveling information in advance and this is why perhaps the local people even have no idea about it

@allknowing I am not surprised to hear that. It seems that Americans are not very interested in going out of their country and travel other countries? I know they have a big country, but the world is bigger Perhaps some of them are afraid of taking a plane? I often find that foreigners prefer to drive rather than taking a plane. I feel safe to take the plane anyway.

Strangers in our own land, that is bad. But of course, tourist would try to know more about the place they will be going in by having some research.
