Yayyy! Monday

Why am I so happy its Monday? Well, really i`m not but I always see the bad Monday posts.
I have nothing special planned for today, just the usual go to work and clean up after myself.
Hmmm, what to talk about this morning?
Late Sunday evening I wrapped a side of ribs with foil, put them on the grill for a couple hours, only allowing them to soak up sauce the last thirty minutes. Cooked some onions rings and kale to go with those. That was what Tony had been craving, me I enjoy my greens and one side the the onion rings got a little darker than I would have liked but they were still good.
I have an early appointment today, doing the 100 mile round trip that I really hate driving this early but its a must, just another day at the office.

It's a rainy dreary day here in my neck of the woods but I'm waiting for the dog groomer to come and both dogs are getting baths, nails clipped and groomed.
