Monday lunch!

I'm not feeling that great, so lunch needed to be something easy. I had leftover BBQ Ranch Chopped Salad leftover from last night, and a hashbrown.
Odd mix, but it worked. Depending on if the hog ham thaws or I feel up to it (or both) , I will be cooking that for dinner tonight.

Just doing the online thing and will do some reading later on. The temp is supposed to be 90 degrees so the AC might have to be turned on.
