Which antivirus you prefer for your laptop

I use Kaspersky for 2 years and feeling weird. Its daily getting updated n asking for update, which make the brousing speed too slow. Thereafter it starts auto scan which slow down even my 8gb ram. All apps shows malfunctioning. But virus protection is great though. Which one you use n is that good enough?

Perhaps you will be surprised to hear that. I don't use any anti-virus software for my computer. As I even doubt some of them create the computer virus.

I feel the same when i use pyrated AV. After expiery they are programed as if to create issues in pc, sothat we renew the expired antivirus.

my computer is a desk top but I use avast free and iot does not slow me down and is v ery good too

Avast free soft i used. But it quarentine always some of my game files every startup n keep restoring....though good.

I used to use the Kaspersky for payment. but I got rid of it at soon. Now I use the free software.

I use AVG free, you can configure the time of updates and scans.
