A nap before getting ready for my friends.

I´ll take a nap and then will get to recieve my friends. They will bring an avocado to make an avocado paste and some fresh cheese. I bought bread, one that Hector likes. And I will have some turkey ham. I prefer pork, but I also bought some pork ham for me. The king of the table will be, of course, the apricot cake. I like to have lovely friends to visit me every Tuesday.

I peel the avocado, mash it with a fork and add some salt and olive oil. It is not exactly what we call guacamole because guacamole has hot pepper among other things.

I have an apricot tree in my yard. Each season, I collect and freeze apricots cut in half and then I make a cake and place the halves over it.
