I already bought Father's Day Cards!

I'm a bit early but I had some time to kill before picking up lunch, so why not stop by Dollar Tree. Plus I was out alone, I have more time to browse. The selection of Father's Day cards weren't as cute as Mother's Day but I was able to find 2 cards - one will be for my father, and one for my fiancés father, from the both of us. Most of the cards were fishing related, beach themed, or a bunch of humor cards. I also bought a package of Manila folders for filing. I'll be making my dad a handmade card later on too like I did for my mom, but I'm not sure what kind of style yet!

Good for you! If you find something that you like then you have to grab it while you can.

Nice! I'm not sure yet what to get my dad. He's one of those dads that's hard to buy for.

It's hard to find the "perfect" Father's Day card for my dad . . . most cards don't fit him at all. He's not one to keep cards anyway, so we'll probably just get him something and put a tag on it made from the kids . You know what, we haven't even celebrated Mother's Day yet with our moms !

@infatuatedbby Yah, I finally got that weekend for me . . . but we just might have to do Mother's Day, Father's Day, and my sister's birthday all the same time. Might as well get my mom's birthday in too because it's in the same month . Tell me about it - my dad is picky too. But I don't give my parents cash . . . he might get a Home Depot or Lowes gift card .

Not yet! Will you be doing a collaboration of Mother's Day and Father's Day lol! I hope the kids and your hubby celebrated Mother's Day for you though! The cards don't suit my dad much but it's okay, he likes getting a store bought & handmade one lol! The more the merrier , but cash in it haha cause he's a picky man!

That is wonderful. They are definitely more meaningful. My dad enjoys receiving two - one handmade and one store bought.

Does your father and future father-in-law appreciate greeting cards? I think my dad and my father-in-law don't care for them much.
