.....I said I would not be here often once the weather warmed up and the pool was ready. Well, what I didn't plan on is all this rain we have been getting. Rain, clouds, thunder and lightening abound.
When the weather is lousy I said I would be here more, and I am. Right now we have a huge line of 'weather' starting to come through. Once the heavy rain hits my satellite internet will go out. I might as well enjoy my time here while I can.
Oh, if any of you have extra sunshine you don't need, please send it my way - thanks!

@LadyDuck I hope with all the rain we had/are having this week it will be dry next week. I have not seen the extended forecast but they are not often accurate anyway. Just lost satellite for a while....rain was coming down in buckets!

We had the3 e4xtra sunshine until today. I heard on the news that we are under a tornado watch until 3 PM so we have about 2 1/2 hours lef6 till then. We are supposed to be getting rain (send some of your to us) but I see no sign of it.

Our rain for now is over - I sent it northeast! We expect more late..there were either 2 or 3 tornadoes around Dalton, GA.

@AbbyGreenhill we ended up w3ith some rain here. It's a good thing too. We are under a water restriction here - you can only water once a week.

The wind can do so much damage, almost as bad as a tornado. My husband put all the outside furniture where it's safe since they are saying strong winds for us.

It has been the worst spring in my memory. We had like one week of temps consistent with spring and sun. Mostly however it's been cold, gloomy, and rainy. I do prefer cooler temps but this is getting a bit ridiculous
