Refreshed in mind and spirit too , I
showered amd released tension and
worry. Perhaps it cannot cure us of
our sins but it does wash away a lot
or problems.
I am refreshed and ready to mylot
a lot. Its warning up some butt no
su n.So onward and upward here
I come.

Sometimes that is all you need... a nice long shower (with something from Bath and Body Works) I really need to avoid that store!!
