Here's mine: If one more thing goes wrong today, I'm quitting the planet. Health issues in the family, going through the court process with my ex, solicitors fees coming out of my *bleeep*, you'd think these things would be enough, but nooooo Today I walked past my boiler and it was buzzing. Yeah that's totally fine boilers buzz all normal nothing to see here NOOOOOOOO It's bees. There are bees in my roof now, as it happens. I didn't know until today, when they buzzed their buzziest and started to spill over into my section of the house (aka the house) via a small hole in the plaster in the ceiling over my boiler. Rang my estate agents, they told me bees are protected now but they'll ring the council. I think it's marvellous that they're protected, very important, but I said I'd very much appreciate it if you could just send someone today to fill in the hole so they haven't got a free pass to what would essentially be a castle for bees (aka the house). Skip to the end: The hole has been filled. I thought I could get on with my day after that, but nooooooooo Hoovered the porch, kitchen, and bathroom ready to mop. Boiled the kettle, filled the mop bucket, puddle on the floor. THERE'S A HOLE IN MY BUCKET. Kill me now.

Could have been worse. It could have been a wasps nest. What would you rather bee or a wasp?

I've been seeing the most gigantic wasps hanging around recently, a couple of times they've come in through the window, they're absolutely huge, so big I'm wondering if they're maybe not even wasps. They look exactly the same as wasps, but about 4 inches long

Wow, Lily you have had quite a day. Days like that do happen but not usually all those kind of things together. Are you okay now? So glad they fixed up the Bee problem too.

There are days like this. Bees may be protected but a wild swarm represents a danger and has to be moved away from houses by a beekeeper. Besides a bee swarm cannot survive in the wild during winter.
