Walking a little better, started on fentinol patch

Image by Pixabay My back pain and neuropathy has been terrible. The doctor increased my steroid to 80 MG every 6 hours. He also started me on the fentinol patch. The delivery person came and rung the door bell and knocked at the door. I got wrapped up in my catheter and oxygen tubing. I had to stop and get unhooked from that. I was hurting so badly because I was trying to hurry. When I signed for the medicine I dropped my cane. I held onto my walker and bent down to get my cane. When my family came home I had my daughter relock the door for me. I just had to go lie down. Kim made me some Ramen noodles and crackers for supper. When we are low on food it helps to have them to get by.

Fentynal patches gave me horrible side effects. I bawled like a baby. It was SO weird! I hope it works well for you.

Thank you. I'm using less percocet now due to using the patch.

Don't they leave the package at the door if you are in to much pain to get it?

They are narcotics so they have to be signed for, so I can take possession of them.

My grandson eats those as a snack sometimes. What a time getting all wrapped up in stuff.

So sorry to hear about your pain. Will only ramen suffice? It's not really filling.

That was all we had last night. I'm going to get my daughter buy 2 boxes of them to see me through when we have no food.

I wish you could have something more nourishing. That is not the best diet at this time.

My appetite goes by streaks. Sometimes I have a small appetite and other times I eat more.
