I like Japanese short cut methods of doing work. I love Japanese for their technology excellence.

I like the Japanses for adhering to policies strictly, but I like the way the Americans macro-manage. At the end of the day, what the heck! I'll just work for whoever gives me a better pay!

haha, not for me, i dont look into pay alone, looking into mgt, benfits, incentives and whether im happy working in it.. no point working for money in exchange for happiness, im thinking of how to let money work for me, haha

i think the image of both suffer in the modern world of the new millenium. American management became obsessed with cost cutting and down sizing (no one benefits in the long run) Japanese manage4ment suffers for being inflexible and strictly applying rules, niether way works in a modern market of international complexity
