Whatscall is the best app so far , it makes free phonecalls anywhere in the world

Though the quality of the call may be poor but i think whatscall saves a lot of money and I have been using it for several months now.

is it that free, I don't think you can make the call without data.or am l wrong?

I have several phone apps like that. I do not have to pay for a cell phone use I mainly use it to text though I have had times where my call would be dropped but my hubby has a cell phone he goes to work and so I feel better if he has a phone.

which other apps do you use to make free phone calls to numbers? i am not talking about whatsapp , viber, and IMO

At times the call may get cut. It all depends on the connection so can't reply completely. I rarely calls through whatsap

Do you make a lot of international calls? I make long-distance calls, but mainly in my own country.

yes I do but it consumes more free credit than local calls . You can just do little tasks such as spinning the wheels to get more credit.
