i know i am qualified in that job i applied for. there is a one week training for hired applicants so i told her to give me a chance in that one week period if i will not pass in that training thats the time she will decide not to hire me, but she did not give me that chance..im thinking maybe she dont like me because im beautiful???????

Did you tell her that you didn't want that job too? See what she is going to say... Just kidding.
Maybe she already had something plan but didn't want to inform you.
I used to apply for a job, I was told that they had someone internal for the job already but they still had to do interviews as it was a way it had to be done. I didn't get the job.

You might have been over qualified and if you are then they won't hire you. It happened to my uncle when he got out of the Army and working with computers. He applied for a computer job and the man told him that if he hired him that in less than a week he would have his job and he couldn't let that happen so he didn't hire him. Or they found someone else that fit the job better or was more qualified. That has happened to my boyfriend 5 times when he tried to move to another location in the company he works in. He finally got the job he wanted through them a few days ago. A lot of times places are required to look for outside candidates for the spot even though they might already have decided to give the job to an inside person.
