Do you have plans for Memorial Day Weekend?

There are some local events going on here that I might try to get to. My son said he is defitnely going to come so we will be barbecuing and the little dog and other friend will be here as well. As long as the weather stays reasonably good it should be OK. Do you have anything in particular planned?

@Jdaw1985 Well the event I am going to is free. There is also a Renassiannce festival which I may try to get to, and a cider works having a grand opening.

@snowy22315 LOL I kind of figured it was once you said something about it the kids are out of school on Monday and that explains why LOL. Just wish we had the money to go and do something.

As much as possible, I'm avoiding traffic and crowds as I do on every holiday. I'll be gardening, though, and that requires a trip to the nursery. The traffic and crowds will be elsewhere, I hope.
I sure would like to have a (fake) poppy to wear. Don't see those much anymore.

Not much going on this weekend I do have a house warming party to go to on Sunday. My goddaughter just bought a house.

Probably a barbecue just to keep with tradition. My granddaughter is marching in the parade on Monday so I'll probably go to that. Otherwise nothing exciting planned
