No Calls, No internet.

I don't have my training today because earlier our internet connection is not working properly so I cannot use the platform we are using. So, ahead of time, I informed my trainer that I'm not able to log in due to the fact that there is an issue with the connection in our area. The trainer made me contact my internet provider to prove the issue, so I called them, waited for like 10 minutes before getting someone on the line. Talked to a customer service rep. and informed me that there is really something wrong with the connection in our area and they are trying to fix it as soon as possible.
After sending my trainer the needed information, she said I need to work double tomorrow so meaning I need to spend 6 freaking hours on the phone. Thinking about it makes me sick for I don't want to spend more time taking calls. Their platform is lame when it comes to timekeeping. Like I am paid only once I am taking calls. If not, it is not counted even the breaks and the idle. And I need to at least transfer two calls in an hour. When can I find the job I want?
Yesterday, I tried again searching for a job. As much as possible I don't want to take calls anymore. I want none voice and that I need to work in a day time, not in a graveyard shift. Sorry for my rant today. I just need to fill this up.

I assume you work from home girl. Soon that is going to be my concern once I am placed with a client..I just had to call PLDT earlier several times because service been down for 4 hours since 6am. Been calling them since May. Report almost everyday for the intermittent connection they are giving me. I just received an SMS and stated that they are working on it already. I looked for a Supervisor one time but never gave one coz Sup is on a call, told them I know that style already. But anyway, now it is working and just using all the time to update all my Social media account and online business. Yup nothing beats Day shift work. but I don't like the traffic in out country. So I decided to look for a home based job. Soon I will welcome myself again in GY. buhuhu

As much as possible i refrain from ranting here in myLot or in real life - it just isn't helpful. That's just me but I do understand if people need to rant here.
As for any issues with the internet, none so far and I hope it remains the same.

I don't like that kind of job too especially having a trainor or superior that doesn't trust me. Why do I need to prove it. I really hate it. If they don't trust me I better leave.

I am sorry to hear that you are having problems with your internet and that you are not enjoying your job. I haven't had issues with my internet connection in quite sometime. I guess I am lucky. I do come on here and vent every now and then.
