Back from the gym

On this cool and sunny Friday evening, it felt like spring with the sunshine and a light breeze. We had a small group for yoga tonight--four people left at 6:30 PM, probably because of the holiday weekend plans.
But we did a couple of new poses along the way in our regular routine:
8 Forward Fold Bends (4x/side)
2 Boat Poses
2 Half Moon Poses (1x/side)
1 Locust Pose
1 Canoe Pose
2 Low Side Planks (1x/side)
1 Eagle Pose
1 Gentleman's Pose
4 Shoulderstands (on the wall)
2 Kneeling Dancer Poses (1x/side)
I believe that's what new in yoga class!

It sounds like a good class, I don't do yoga so I don't really know the poses.

I like only some pose's. Some are too difficult for me.

Start low and work your way up, gradually. Read yoga guides to illustrate how it's done.

I'm looking forward to getting back into an exercise routine, but until I finish my radiation treatments, I'm limited to walking in the mornings.

@Lupita234 I had a friend named Peggy who did both yoga and zumba. But I haven't seen her since last summer lately.

I always wanted to try yoga but I have no balance and don't bend very easily. Glad you enjoy it so much
