I have had beautiful roses in my garden but I get greater joy when I see new shoots with buds showing up. Normally roses remain dormant and without notice they spring happy surprises as you see in this image.
I will see more of this slowly. This picture is an old one.
This is the time my garden gets a make over.
How is your garden doing?

@allknowing yes this yellow rose looked lovely. We do want a variety of colours of roses in the garden. Maybe next week we will be doing a bit of gardening to build the garden again

Yellow is a pretty colour. I had a yellow rose but it just yielded once - a perfect yellow. There is another plant and I am hoping it will yield.

What is stopping you from having a garden?

Slowly but surely. All of our roses have new shoots and green leaves so looking forward to when they will burst into bloom. Our lilacs are blooming and it looks lovely all around.
