Can a Bad Mood Give You a Headache??

I guess it's just one of those days when you are going to get a tension headache whether you want one or not. I should be happy because I don't get them very often at all, but I suppose it has to do with the pollen that is in the air these days! All in all, it is a really nice day all but for this headache. I just want to curl up in bed and wait for it to go away. But I wonder if moods could have something to do with it as well?? That could be the case... I haven't done any meditating yet today... so maybe I will see if that will help!!

Seems like when I am extremely grumpy I wind up with a headache. I think it is a stress headache.

Definitely, sometimes things can come up, that can put you in a bad mood. I am in bed now because of a headache, caused by a bad mood.

Bad moods can put me into bed and lock the door and all kinds of malady can occur such as headaches yes
