Beating the Red Light! Caught on Camera in the Philippines!

Hello everyone! Few months ago I went to Philippines to do some vacation and visit to my friends in the Philippines, and I caught someone who violating the rules, It is just annoying since the driver know the rules in road, What if this taxi cab have a passenger inside? Then suddenly there's an accident happened due to "Beating the Red Light", Sometimes we know what's good and bad, but we still do "Bad" Things.. hmm.. What is your thought?!

@jstory07 No one wants careless "cab driver!" I don't want to gamble my list because of those type of drivers, luckily I drive my own car that time,

That;s correct @Hatley, I also forgot to add those 3 wheels or they called "Tricycle" Also a public vehicle, who also do a beating a red light -_- so annoying! They know the negative side of not following a simple rules.

I think the plate number is visible. Then, you can try to report it.

You know with Taxi's these days, you are never sure. They are mostly rude and dangerous now, it's rare just to find the right driver to do service with.
