The Federal Agencies are being instructed to follow the Buy American-Hire American in all their units of Administration and other Manufacturing Units under them and also to scrutiny the H1B visas without any scope for fraud as most of the employers are hiring Non-American workers who will be readily available to work at cheaper rates than Americans.
