I'm doing diets form now and then and only one has worked for me and that's Scarsedail (I'm not sure if I wrote it corectly). As a matter of fact I'm doing it now. For example I just had a nice fruit salad a couple of minutes ago. I can tell it works - I loose a half kilo a day.

I am on my diet right now. My wedding is on Dec, 21th this year~It's only 2 months away. I'm just cant wait to loss some weight. But turned out, It just doesnt work for me. I tried a lot ways, but, it just doesnt work.Sad~

Yes, I am dieting but it's not the kind wherein i would not eat certain foods religiously. I diet mainly because of health reasons but not on losing weight. Also, I am an average built person i don't really need to be on a diet. It's just that i have this problem with my bulging belly i think i can trim it down a little by doing a diet on top of my daily exercise.

Dieting has many definitions: eating right, eating less, or much funny--starving. I've tried to diet once, but you know what I gained..I gained acidity flux (stomach ache). Dieting must be accompanied by exercising(sp?, being thin is not normal when you do not keep the best fit for your body. The pimary goal of dieting is to eliminate unneccessary things in our body and that doesn't include carbs. Ofcourse before starting any dieting consult your doctor first.They give faster and safer ways!

Hi there, I am currently dieting and i am very pleased to say that it is working! I am doing the Lighterlife diet over here in the UK and it is a bit of a radical diet where you absain (if thats how its spelt) from food and have foodpacks which give you all the nutrition you need everyday, until you get to the weight or shape you want to be, then they slowly introduce you back into eating a normal healthy diet. You also get councelling to explore what leads you to over eat etc. I have lost 38lb since 10th jan, and i'm hoping it will keep going down! Good luck to everyone else who is dieting! Lisa

I am currently dieting and have lost a lot of weight over the past year. I have lost 45pds in the last 6 months and feels good. I have a regular schedule that I follow as far as food and exercise. Eating fruits everday and vegetables and salads are very important.
