First thing in the morning and still!

So, First thing in the morning and still no room at the inn, or in this case the garage. I was trying to get my car inspected because today is the last day. I was there by 8:20, but I was told people had started lining up by 7:15!. They were at their quota for the day, so back I go tommorrow. I got them to write me up a slip that I had been in in the rare chance I might get pulled over by the police. Something is better than nothing.

Yeah, it will help, worse case scenario thing. Well tommorrow I will be there even earlier. I said to the lady at the counter, surely tommorrow won't be as bad. She said, it would be just as busy! Yikes!

@TiarasOceanView Yeah, I do wake up early so it shouldn't be a problem...normally I am lazing in bed until 8;30 or 9:00 though.

I know...you know what it is? This garage is pretty lenient in terms of letting vehicles pass inspection. Other places around here have stricter standards. I am keeping my fingers crossed the vehicle doesn't need any work but it could..

@snowy22315 oooh. So not really a good place to go. As you could have lots wrong that arent good snd still pass to drive a bad car?

@Courtlynn No they aren't dishonest just not quite as strict as some of the others.

Wow! Good for getting that slip. My sports car was due the day after we returned from Florida. My husband was the first one in line and got it done. Otherwise, we'd have gotten stiff fines.

Well, they have to catch you first lol..They are pretty laid back around here for the most part. This isn't the city.
